REPURPOSE
YOUR OLD MAKEUP BRUSHES
We are so proud of our recycling initiative, but we also encourage you to upcycle your brushes and repurpose them in your own life. To start the upcycling process, wash your brush thoroughly to remove any makeup (our brush scrubby is a great tool to help with this process!) and let it dry flat. Depending on the size and shape, you can use your old brush for different purposes.
Arts & Crafts
Kids and adults can use old makeup brushes for painting, applying glue, or even staining wood. Find new inspiration in the fun shapes and sizes not usually seen in art brushes!
Spa Day
While our spa kits will perform best, you can use old foundation brushes to apply messy masks and lotions with ease.
Dusting
Brushes that work well for dusting ON powder are great for dusting OFF furniture and flat surfaces. Be sure to rinse between dustings to keep bacteria at bay.
Gardening & Cleaning
Don’t let your house plants get dusty! Keep plants healthy by dusting leaves with a powder brush and using smaller brushes to keep dead leaves off of the roots. Smaller blush and eye brushes can get into crevices on keyboards, phones, and other office equipment. You can even use a small brush to clean kitchen gadgets!
Nail Art
Liner brushes are fantastic for doing intricate nail designs and sponges are great for achieving beautiful ombre nails.
